Such an exciting time for you and your partner, we love working with our customers to design the perfect wedding or engagement cake for your special day, every wedding is unique. Let us design the cake that is going to best reflect you and your partner, complimenting your unique style and personality while complimenting your special day.

We work with semi-naked (boho style), buttercream (both American Buttercream and Swiss Meringue Buttercream), ganache and fondant covered cakes with varying styles – I am sure we have a style that will work in with you and your special day.

Check out our cake, buttercream and ganache flavours on our cakes tab - I am sure you will find a flavour profile that you like, but if you have another flavour in mind please let me know as we make all of our cakes and bakes to order (making everything from scratch), I am sure we can find something that will work for you. 

Cake tasting boxes are available monthly though out the year, why not pop your name down for the next tasting bake. The tasting boxes and comprise of 6 different flavours from ganache filled mud cakes to buttercream filled beauties, showcasing our most sought after flavours - tasting boxes are $50 per box.

We deliver and set up your wedding cake at your reception venue for you, one less thing for you to worry about on your big day – with delivery from Brisbane to Noosa, across the Sunshine Coast, Hinterland and everywhere in between.

FAQs

  • Yes, I actually prefer to deliver and set up your wedding or tiered cakes for you.

  • I deliver anywhere from Brisbane to Noosa and right across the Sunshine Coast from Caloundra right up to the Monville and Maleny Hinterland.

  • The cost depends on the distance to your venue and the time it takes to set your cake up for you.

  • Yes I set your cake up for you, preferably in an airconditioned room and not in direct sunlight. Your cake will be out and ready on display for you when you and your guests arrive at your reception.

  • Yes of course you can, please email me with your preferred time/s to info@brownzbakes.com.au to set up a consultation time.

  • If you have any cake left over from your reception please ask the venue to ensure you cake is stored in an airtight container, or the box it was delivered in ready for you. Cake that is stored in the fridge without being stored correctly can dry out.

  • Yes I do tasting boxes, they are $50 per box and come with 6 different varieties of cake, please get contact us, using the link in the header) to order your tasting box. Tasting boxes are baked once a month and available most months of the year. Please advise if you have any allergies etc when ordering your tasting box. Please note: tasting boxes are made up of our most popular cakes.
