Ganache
A rich and smooth chocolate obsession, it is a blend of chocolate and cream that is versatile and delicious and can be used to fill your amazing cake or to cover your cake - ganache is the best medium under fondant due to its stability - and that flavour is amazing, so delicious.
Fondant
Fondant is a smooth and pliable icing that lends an elegant and polished look to cakes, providing a classy canvas to decorate your cake.
Cake Care Guide
Your cake is fussy and has some preferences on how it likes to be treated, for example it is not a fan of direct sunlight, heat or being transported on the seat of a car or even on your lap and loves being eaten at room temp - so please remove your cake from the fridge at least 2 hours before consuming to ensure it is at it best for the event.
Cupcakes should be removed from the fridge at least 1 hour before consuming.
Please read the quick guide below to ensure you get the most out of your cake.
